In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van medewerkers op onze verschillende F&B afdelingen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat zowel gasten als medewerkers tevreden naar huis gaan! - Beschrijving Van der Valk Sneek is een viersterren 'Exclusief' hotel met 159 hotelkamers en suites, 7 banqueting zalen, een á la carte restaurant met 300 zitplaatsen en een bar/brasserie met 50 zitplaatsen. Daarnaast beschikt het hotel over een groot terras. Werken bij Van der Valk Hotel Sneek betekent werken in een hotel dat altijd in beweging is. De werkwijze is gastvrij en professioneel, de werksfeer vriendelijk en informeel. Er is veel ruimte voor nieuwe ideeën en eigen inbreng. En heb je ambitie én kun je je handjes laten wapperen? Dan zijn er volop mogelijkheden om te groeien en jezelf te ontwikkelen. Jij bent samen met je collega restaurant managers het gezicht van onze F&B afdelingen! Dit doe je door: + Collega's en medewerkers te instrueren, coachen en motiveren + Je communicatie skills te laten zien naar andere afdelingen + Hygiënisch te werk te gaan, zowel voor als achter de schermen + Met passie en plezier het à la carte restaurant in goede banen leiden + Het leiden van feesten en partijen op onze Banqueting/zalen afdeling + De populaire zondagsbrunch met een groot team prachtig te verzorgen Jij bent onze collega als: + Je de Nederlandse taal vloeiend spreekt + Je ongeveer 1-2 jaar ervaring hebt in een leidinggevende rol binnen de horeca + Je mensen goed aanvoelt en je de juiste manier van leidinggeven af kan stemmen op verschillende ervaringsniveaus en karakters + Je proactief bent ingesteld en altijd het voort...
