THE ROLE: We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as a Retail Operation Intern. In this role, you will support the daily operations of the retail department while gaining valuable hands-on experience in the industry. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals in the industry and gain valuable skills that will benefit you throughout your career. Responsibilities: - Assist with day-to-day tasks within the Retail Department - Provide support to the Retail Operations department, including assisting store managers with operational and administrative tasks - Collaborate with stores and the warehouse to ensure on-time replenishments - Process and monitor store returns, ensuring proper tracking and issue resolution - Support the opening of new stores by coordinating with various teams - Coordinate cross-functionally to execute internal orders for different departments, considering factors such as warehouse capacity and stock levels Skills, Education & Experience - Currently enrolled in university - Fluent in English, both verbal and written - additional languages are a plus, not required - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - particularly Excel (VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables) - Proactive, organized, analytical mindset, ability to work independently, and strong attention to detail - Strong interest in analysis a...
