Wij zoeken een medewerker financiële administratie die ons team komt versterken. Samen met je collega zorg je ervoor dat de financiële administratie zorgvuldig en op tijd wordt uitgevoerd. Dit ga je doen Een financiële administratie die klopt: daar zorg jij voor. Je verwerkt en controleert financiële gegevens en houdt goed in de gaten of alles compleet en op tijd wordt aangeleverd. De financiële administratie houdt zich onder andere bezig met: - de debiteuren- en crediteurenadministratie; - het verwerken van mutaties in het grootboek; - het verwerken van bankmutaties; - het beheren van banksaldi; - het verwerken en beheren van facturen en matchen met de contracten; - het onderhouden van contacten met debiteuren; - het actueel houden van werkprocessen en bijbehorende beschrijvingen; - het ondersteunen van gebruikers van de systemen; Je werkt zelfstandig, maar staat er niet alleen voor. Samen met je directe collega zorg je ervoor dat het werk goed en op tijd gebeurt. In de huidige verdeling ligt de nadruk in je werk op de debiteurenadministratie en richt je collega zich op de crediteurenadministratie. Je hebt ook contact met collega's binnen en buiten je afdeling. Zie je dat er informatie ontbreekt of dat iets niet klopt? Dan kom je in actie. Je zoekt uit wat er nodig is, vraagt informatie op en denkt mee over een oplossing.
