Of wil je juist kennismaken met de revalidatiezorg en ervaring opdoen in een nieuwe werkomgeving? Als flexkracht bij Revalidatie Friesland werk je in onze kliniek in Beetsterzwaag. Je ondersteunt zowel kinderen als volwassenen en maakt onderdeel uit van betrokken teams die iedere dag werken aan goede revalidatiezorg. Jouw werk in het kort Als flexkracht doe je betekenisvol en afwisselend werk en draag je bij aan het herstel van onze patiënten. Je werkt zowel op de kinder- als volwassenenafdeling en krijgt daardoor te maken met verschillende patiëntgroepen en uiteenlopende revalidatievragen. Je werkt samen met verschillende disciplines en krijgt volop de ruimte om nieuwe dingen te leren, jezelf verder te ontwikkelen en te ontdekken wat bij jou past als zorgprofessional. Je bent flexibel inzetbaar binnen ons 24-uursrooster. Dit betekent dat je ook avond-, nacht- en weekenddiensten werkt. Als verpleegkundige draai je daarnaast COWAN-diensten: coördinerende avond-, weekend- en nachtdiensten. Zo doe je brede ervaring op binnen de revalidatiezorg en is geen dienst hetzelfde. Dit ga je doen Als Verzorgende IG of Verpleegkundige biedt je dagelijkse zorg aan kinderen of volwassenen. Je voert ADL-handelingen uit, werkt volgens het verpleegplan en ondersteunt bij de primaire zorg. Daarbij kijk je goed naar wat de patiënt op dat moment nodig heeft. Je werkt samen met betrokken collega's binnen de kliniek en zorgt er samen voor dat patiënten de ondersteuning krijgen die zij nodig hebben. Als flexkrac...
