The posting

FUNCTIEOMSCHRIJVINGJe bent verantwoordelijk voor het Revenue Management van de volledige hotelportfolio (6 hotels) van Vondel Hotels. Je analyseert resultaten en marktontwikkelingen, maakt forecasts en bepaalt hoe we onze hotels optimaal in de markt zetten. Daarbij kijk je verder dan alleen bezetting: je stuurt op de beste combinatie van prijs, volume, kanaal en uiteindelijk rendement. Je werkt nauw samen met onze Sales & Revenue Executive (aan wie je ook leiding geeft), Reservations Manager en de teams in de hotels. De lijnen zijn kort en goede ideeën kunnen snel worden uitgevoerd. Je rapporteert rechtsreeks aan de eigenaar van Vondel Hotels. Je standplaats is het servicekantoor van Vondel Hotels aan de Duivendrechtsekade in Amsterdam. Daarnaast ben je indien nodig aanwezig in de hotels. JOUW JOBDit ga je onder andere doen: • De pricingstrategie van onze hotels bepalen en dagelijks optimaliseren; • Forecasts ontwikkelen en continu bijstellen op basis van actuele boekingsdata en marktontwikkelingen; • Sturen op bezetting, ADR, RevPAR en omzet; • Revenue- en yieldstrategieën ontwikkelen en implementeren; • Marktontwikkelingen, concurrenten, evenementen en vraagpatronen analyseren; • Commerciële kansen herkennen en deze snel vertalen naar concrete acties; • Distributie, inventory en boekingskanalen optimaliseren; • De performance van onze hotels analyseren en hierover adviseren; • Samenwerken met Sales en Reservations aan prijsstrategieën, groepen en commerciële acties; • Werken met en het verder optimaliseren van RevControl, MEWS en SiteMinder; • Meedenken over de commerciële positionering en opening van ons nieuwe hotel in 2029.
