Empresa operadora de alojamientos turísticos de lujo busca incorporar un/a Supervisor/a de Apartamentos Turísticos para coordinar y supervisar la operativa diaria de una cartera de viviendas, garantizando los estándares de calidad, mantenimiento y experiencia del huésped.

La persona seleccionada será responsable de supervisar el estado general de los apartamentos y zonas comunes, coordinando los servicios de housekeeping, lavandería, mantenimiento y proveedores externos para asegurar que cada unidad esté preparada conforme a los estándares establecidos por la compañía.

Funciones principales:

  • Supervisar la puesta a punto de los apartamentos antes de la llegada de los huéspedes.
  • Realizar inspecciones y auditorías periódicas de calidad en viviendas y zonas comunes.
  • Verificar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos internos y estándares de calidad de la empresa.
  • Elaborar informes periódicos sobre el estado de los inmuebles, incidencias detectadas y acciones correctivas implementadas.
  • Colaborar con los departamentos de operaciones, atención al cliente y reservas para garantizar una experiencia excelente para los huéspedes.
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad, higiene y conservación de los inmuebles.

Perfil profesional:

Buscamos una persona dinámica, proactiva y resolutiva, con capacidad de organización. Deberá ser capaz de gestionar múltiples tareas simultáneamente, mantener una comunicación efectiva con los diferentes equipos y garantizar que cada apartamento ofrezca una experiencia excepcional acorde con los estándares de un alojamiento de lujo.
