Ontwerp en bouw voor slimme ondernemers Wie slim is wordt Revit engineer bij Derckx Full-time (40 uur) Omgeving Weert Derckx ontwerpt en bouwt bedrijfspanden. Dat doet Derckx op een andere manier dan gebruikelijk in de branche. Door ontwerp en bouw te combineren dragen wij de totale verantwoordelijkheid van het gehele proces. Geen geschuif met verantwoordelijkheden maar eigen mensen voor alle taken. We verplaatsen ons in de klant en hebben als doel zijn verwachtingen dagelijks te overtreffen. Dit doen we op een uiterst transparante wijze en hebben ons wetten opgelegd om ons DNA te beschermen. Kijk op onze site voor de wetten van Derckx en bepaal of je je prettig voelt binnen deze omgeving. Tenslotte bouw je bij Derckx niet alleen panden maar bovenal mooie relaties met opdrachtgevers, collega's en leveranciers. In verband met onze aanhoudende groei, zijn wij op zoek naar een Revit tekenaar die meer wil dan alleen tekenen. Deze zal zich met name bezighouden met de uitwerking van de gebouwschil (beplating, kozijnen etc) Hoe ziet je functie eruit - Per project wordt een projectteam samengesteld. In dit projectteam trek je samen op met de projectleider en ga je aan de slag om het ontwerp te vertalen naar technische oplossingen. - Je maakt daarbij gebruik van de standaard oplossingen zoals voorhanden en als nodig ga je detaillering zelf bedenken en opzetten - Jouw bouwkundig en pragmatisch inzicht zorgt er voor dat er kwalitatief goede en beheersbare oplossingen worden gekozen. - Naast je tekenwerkzaamheden ben je ook bezig met het vormgeven van een stuk werkvoorbereiding zodat je collega's, welke de door jou bedachte oplossing gaan uitvoeren, efficiënt kunnen werken en goed worden geïnformeerd.
