Organisatie Voor een toonaangevend architectenbureau, actief in zowel woningbouw als utiliteitsbouw, zoeken wij meerdere Revit Modelleurs voor de bouwkundige afdeling. Het bureau bestaat uit circa 100 professionals verdeeld over verschillende specialismen. De organisatie ontwerpt en realiseert innovatieve nieuwbouwprojecten en heeft daarnaast ruime ervaring in renovaties. Functie Na afronding van het definitief ontwerp vertaal jij dit naar complete bouwkundige 3D-modellen in Revit. Je werkt nauw samen met collega-modelleurs, architecten en projectleiders. Naast modelleren draag je bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van BIM-processen en werkmethodieken binnen het bureau. Je komt terecht in een ambitieuze en kennis gedreven werkomgeving met veel variatie in projecten. Functie-eisen Afgeronde hbo-opleiding Bouwkunde 3-5 jaar ervaring als Revit Modelleur Goede kennis van Revit en BIM Creativiteit, nieuwsgierigheid en initiatief Nauwkeurigheid en een professionele werkhouding Aanbod Het betreft hier in eerste instantie een detacheringsperiode van 12 maanden. Bij goed functioneren word je hierna een vaste aanstelling geboden.
