Hier krijg je de kans om jouw Revit-vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen en te groeien in de richting die bij jou past. Zaandam Bouwkunde HBO MBO-4 Advies en Ingenieursbureau Constructeur / Engineer Vaste baan Functie omschrijving Wij zijn op zoek naar een Revit Modelleur. Als Revit Modelleur werk je aan uiteenlopende bouwprojecten waarbij het constructieve model de basis vormt voor de verdere uitwerking en realisatie. Je vertaalt ontwerpen naar nauwkeurige 3D-modellen en zorgt ervoor dat bestek- en werkmodellen technisch correct, compleet en uitvoerbaar zijn. Daarbij kijk je verder dan het scherm en houd je steeds voor ogen hoe een constructie uiteindelijk op de bouwplaats wordt gerealiseerd. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders en constructeurs en stemt technische vraagstukken regelmatig met hen af. Daarnaast neem je deel aan BIM-overleggen met architecten, aannemers en andere bouwpartners. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de modellen, verwerkt wijzigingen zorgvuldig en zorgt dat alle betrokken partijen met actuele informatie werken. Binnen het team is volop aandacht voor de verdere ontwikkeling van BIM en automatisering. Je krijgt de ruimte om mee te denken over efficiëntere werkmethoden en innovatieve toepassingen. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan het ontwikkelen van Revit Families of het automatiseren van werkzaamheden met Python of Grasshopper. Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en ambities kun je je verder ontwikkelen binnen het modelleren of juist doorgroeien richting constructief ontwerp. Daarmee biedt deze functie niet alleen inhoudelijke uitdaging, maar ook ruimte om jezelf verder te specialiseren binnen de bouwkundige en constructieve wereld. Met jouw technische inzicht, nauwkeurigheid en interesse in BIM zorg je voor modellen waarop ontwerp, voorbereiding en uitvoering kunnen vertrouwen. Kenmerken ...
