Als BIM Tekenaar/Modelleur Elektrotechniek werk je aan zichtbare techniek in indrukwekkende hotelprojecten. Jij vertaalt de installatiewensen naar slimme en gedetailleerde 3D modellen in Revit met Stabicad. Je denkt mee, ziet waar het slimmer of beter kan en zorgt er samen met het projectteam voor dat de elektrotechnische installaties tot in detail kloppen. Wat ga je doen? - 3D modelleren van elektrotechnische installaties in Revit - Werken met Stabicad en BIM 360 - Afstemmen met engineers, werkvoorbereiders en projectleiding - Knelpunten signaleren en praktische oplossingen verwerken in het model - Meedenken over verbeteringen en zorgen voor een soepel ontwerpproces Functie-eisen Je hebt 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring als tekenaar, modelleur of BIM-specialist binnen de installatietechniek en voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar precisie en samenwerking centraal staan. Jij schakelt makkelijk tussen details en het grotere geheel, denkt vooruit en houdt de lijnen kort. We vragen van jou: - Ervaring met Revit en bij voorkeur Stabicad. - Kennis van BIM 360 en digitale ontwerpprocessen. - Een opleiding in de richting van installatietechniek of elektrotechniek. - Zorgvuldigheid, creativiteit en een kwaliteitsgerichte werkwijze. - Het vermogen om plannen te maken, af te stemmen en helder te communiceren.
