Als HubSpot & RevOps Specialist bouw je mee aan de commerciële architectuur waarmee Nedap verder kan groeien. In HubSpot komen commerciële processen, klantdata, automatiseringen, integraties en rapportages samen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat die inrichting niet alleen vandaag werkt, maar ook schaalbaar en beheersbaar blijft voor de komende jaren. Daarbij kijk je verder dan een individuele vraag of Business unit. Een wijziging in het datamodel werkt door in integraties, automatiseringen en rapportages. Een oplossing voor één Business unit heeft gevolgen voor andere teams. Als HubSpot & RevOps Specialist overzie je die afhankelijkheden en maak je onderbouwde keuzes voor een inrichting die meegroeit met Nedap. Je neemt inhoudelijk het voortouw bij complexe vraagstukken op het snijvlak van commerciële processen, data en systemen. Je brengt samen met de business de behoeften scherp, maakt botsende belangen bespreekbaar en vertaalt die naar een samenhangend ontwerp. Daarbij verbind je wat nu nodig is met de fundamenten voor de komende jaren. Recurring impact Nedap richt zich op recurring impact: klantwaarde die blijft terugkomen en groeit. Dat vraagt om aandacht voor de volledige klantreis, van eerste interesse en aankoop tot onboarding, gebruik, behoud en uitbreiding. Onze Business units bedienen verschillende klanten en hanteren hun eigen werkwijzen.
