Bist du bereit, die Herzen unserer kleinen Gäste und ihrer Familien im Sturm zu erobern?

Wir suchen Mitarbeitende für die Rezeption, der/die mehr als nur Buchungen bearbeitet. Du bist das erste Lächeln am Morgen und der letzte freundliche Gruß am Abend. Bei uns sorgst du dafür, dass nicht nur die Erwachsenen, sondern vor allem die Kinder mit leuchtenden Augen an- und abreisen. 1 Rezeption (m/w/d) Vollzeit mit 40 Stunden Saisonstelle ab sofort bis 15.11.2026

Deine Mission beim Kinderaugen verzaubern:

* Herzlicher Empfang: Du begrüßt unsere Familien so, dass sich Groß und Klein sofort wohl und willkommen fühlen.

* Wissensschatz für die Kleinen: Du hast die besten Tipps für Familienausflüge und weißt genau, wo sich der nächste Abenteuer-Spielplatz oder das spannendste Indoor-Erlebnis befindet.

* Kleiner Helfer: Bei Fragen und Wünschen der Eltern bist du die ruhige und kompetente Anlaufstelle.

* Gastfreundschaft mit Kinderherz: Du erkennst die besonderen Bedürfnisse von Familien und hast ein offenes Ohr für die Wünsche der kleinsten Gäste.

Was du mitbringst:

* Deutschkenntnisse sind für die Kommunikation mit unseren Gästen unerlässlich.

* Herzlichkeit und Geduld im Umgang mit Kindern und ihren Eltern.

* Organisationstalent, um auch in turbulenten Momenten den Überblick zu behalten.

* Freude an der Arbeit in einem lebendigen Familienumfeld.

* Erfahrung an der Rezeption ist ein Plus, aber dein freundliches Wesen ist uns das Wichtigste!
