Deine Aufgaben

* Ansprechperson für Gäste

* Check-in und Check-out, Rooming und Hausführungen

* Beratung und Information der Gäste über alle Bereiche des Hotels sowie der Umgebung

* Registrierung der Gästedaten inkl. Meldewesen und Marketingdaten

* Entgegennahme von Gästewünschen

* Aktiver Verkauf von Hotelleistungen und Produkten

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene facheinschlägige Ausbildung sowie Erfahrung im Front Office Bereich

* Eigenständige und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit

* Der Position entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (Wort & Schrift)

* Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC

* Erfahrung mit Hotelsoftware (MEWS) von Vorteil

Die Entlohnung erfolgt gemäß Kollektivvertrag für Hotel- und Gastgewerbe mit der Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung. Es besteht Anspruch auf ein 13. und 14. Monatsgehalt, anteilig für die Saison. Es entstehen keine zusätzlichen Kosten für Unfall- oder Sozialversicherung. Bei Saisonbetrieben erfolgt die Anstellung auf Basis eines Saisonvertrags mit der Möglichkeit zur Wiedereinstellung.
