Für unseren Hotelbetrieb suchen wir eine freundliche, organisierte und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit als Rezeptionist:in (m/w/d) in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit (20 bis 40 Stunden/Woche). Sie sind die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Gäste und tragen maßgeblich zu einem positiven Aufenthalt bei.

¿ Arbeitsort: Aktivhotel Weisser Hirsch, Mariazell

¿ Vollzeit oder Teilzeit (20 bis 40 Stunden pro Woche)

¿ 5-Tage-Woche

¿ Arbeitszeiten und freie Tage nach Vereinbarung

Ihre Aufgaben

* Herzlicher Empfang und Check-in/Check-out unserer Gäste

* Bearbeitung von Reservierungen und Anfragen per Telefon und E-Mail

* Kompetente Betreuung und Beratung unserer Hotelgäste

* Verwaltung von Buchungen und Gästedaten

* Kassenführung und Abrechnung

* Informationsstelle für Freizeit-, Ausflugs- und Hotelangebote

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen Hotelbereichen

* Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten an der Rezeption

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Hotellerie, Tourismus oder kaufmännischem Bereich von Vorteil

* Berufserfahrung an der Hotelrezeption oder im Gästeservice wünschenswert

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise Hotelsoftware

* Freundliches, gepflegtes und professionelles Auftreten

* Organisationstalent und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil

* Ausgeprägte Gäste- und Serviceorientierung
