Im Alpenrose Familux Resort bist du als Rezeptionist / Front Office Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere großen und kleinen Gäste. Mit deinem professionellen Auftreten, deinem Servicegedanken und deinem Lächeln sorgst du dafür, dass sich Familien vom ersten Moment an willkommen fühlen.

Einige deiner Aufgaben:

- Herzlicher Empfang und Betreuung unserer Gäste - Professionelle Kommunikation persönlich, telefonisch und per E-Mail - Gästeinformationen zu Veranstaltungen, Ausflügen und Angeboten - Organisation von Reservierungen und individuellen Gästewünschen - Koordination mit allen Hotelabteilungen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf - Arbeiten nach den Familux Qualitäts- und Servicestandards - Unterstützung bei Check-in und Check-out

Für Dich sowieso selbstverständlich:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder erfahrener Quereinsteiger - freier Arbeitsmarktzugang in Österreich - Idealerweise Erfahrung mit dem Hotelsystem Opera - Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift - Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft gegenüber den Gästen und Kolleg/Innen - Bereitschaft, die Betriebsphilosophie zu leben - Bereitschaft im Team zu arbeiten - Einsatzbereitschaft, Verlässlichkeit, Selbständigkeit und Pünktlichkeit - gepflegtes und professionelles Auftreten
