Das charmante Hotel "Mondschein" liegt direkt im Ortskern in Stuben am Arlberg. Unser Ski-Hotel ist das perfekte Ziel für all jene, die ein Hotel mit Seele im schönsten Skigebiet Europas suchen. Der "Mondschein" ist ein charmantes, traditionsreiches Hotel, dessen Grundmauern ins Jahr 1739 zurückreichen.

Für unser Team suchen wir: 1 Rezeptionist/in Beschäftigung ab 01.11.2026 bis 30.04.2027

Saisonstelle in Vollzeit

Wir bieten eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten im Rahmen unseres Teams in einer 6 Tage Woche, ein offenes und freundliches Arbeitsklima und einen abwechslungsreichen, sicheren Arbeitsplatz.

Ihr Profil und Aufgaben

- große Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit im Umgang mit Menschen

- rasche Auffassungsgabe

- kaufmännisches Verständnis und Umgang mit Zahlen und Computer

- Reservierungsannahme und Bearbeitung

- Reservierungseingabe ins Buchungssystem - Protel

- erledigen internationaler Gästekorrespondenz

- Check in und check out

- Verbuchen der Gästekonsumationen im Hotel

- Verwaltung der Kassa (Kassenabschluss, Belegeabrechnung)

- Drucksortenerstellung (Menüs, Weinempfehlungen)

- Verkauf von Skipässen, Garagenplätzen, Shopartikeln

- Dienstübergabe an die Kollegen

- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Housekeeping, Küche und Restaurant

Gute Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse zur Kommunikation und Dokumentation wünschenswert. Weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind natürlich von Vorteil, ebenso Erfahrung mit einem Front Office System wie Protel, Fidelio, o.ä.

Sie haben Erfahrung an der Rezeption in Österreichs Hotellerie, werden als engagiert und zuverlässig beschrieben, besitzen ein freundliches und offenes Wesen, legen Wert auf Ihr gepflegtes Äußeres und verstehen, was "gastorientiertes Handeln" bedeutet?
