Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir: 1 Rezeptionist/in mit Beginn nach Vereinbarung Vollzeit

Werde Teil unseres Teams und begleite die Neueröffnung unseres Hotels im Dezember 26!

Deine Aufgaben:

* Check-in und Check-out unserer Gäste

* Kompetente Betreuung und Beratung unserer nationalen und internationalen Gäste

* Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Reservierungen

* Telefon- und E-Mail-Korrespondenz

* Bearbeitung von Gästewünschen und Reklamationen

* Kassenführung und Abrechnung

* Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Housekeeping und Service

* Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten an der Rezeption

* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs im Front-Office-Bereich

Das bringst du mit:

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Rezeptionsbereich der Hotellerie

* Erstklassige Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Freundliches, gepflegtes und serviceorientiertes Auftreten

* Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse, idealerweise Erfahrung mit Hotelsoftware

* Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit

* Bereitschaft zu Wochenend- und Feiertagsdiensten
