Die ganz besondere Atmosphäre im Haus, die in jeder Minute zu spüren ist, ist ein Ergebnis aus einem persönlichen, familiären Umgang mit den Gästen sowie höchster Servicequalität.

Unser Haus verfügt über 41 Zimmer, Pensionsrestaurant, Terrasse, Wellness Bereich, mit Indoor Pool, mehrere Saunen, Dampfbad, Caldarium, Fitnessraum. Das Hotel wird als 2 Saisonen Betrieb geführt

Von unseren Mitarbeitern erwarten wir einerseits Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit als Grundverständnis, andererseits hohe Professionalität beim Dienst am Gast. 1 Rezeptionist_in Beschäftigung: ab 6. Dezember 2026, in Vollzeit

Aufgaben & Kompetenzen die bei uns gefragt sind:

Sie verfügen über eine Ausbildung an der Rezeption oder konnten bereits mehrjährig Erfahrung an der Rezeption sammeln.

Sie freuen sich, in einem motivierten Team, das mit großer Einsatzfreude, Leistungsbereitschaft sowie Spaß und guter Laune ihre Tätigkeiten verrichtet, Mitglied zu werden. Sie unterstützen uns dabei, das hohe Niveau zu halten und eine positive Entwicklung vorantreiben zu können. Wenn sich diese Aussagen mit den Ihrigen Vorstellungen überschneiden, freuen wir uns, Ihnen ein Arbeitsfeld anbieten zu können, in dem Sie sich frei entfalten können. * Gästebetreuung: Beantwortung von Fragen, Beratung zu lokalen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Veranstaltungen und Dienstleistungen, Unterstützung bei der Gepäckaufbewahrung.

* Kommunikation: Telefonate entgegennehmen und weiterleiten, E-Mails bearbeiten und allgemeine Korrespondenz führen.

* Verwaltung: Führen von Gästebüchern, Pflege von Datenbanken und Erstellung von Statistiken.

* Abrechnung: Erstellung von Hotelrechnungen, Bearbeitung von Zahlungen (Bar, Kreditkarte) und Kassenführung.

* Problemlösung: Umgang mit Beschwerden, Reklamationen und unvorhergesehenen Situationen, um die Zufriedenheit der Gäste sicherzustellen.

Ihr Profil

QUALIFIKATION

* Touristische und betriebswirtschaftliche/kaufmännische Ausbildung

* Fundierte praktische Erfahrung in der 4-5 Sterne Hotellerie

* Strategisches, unternehmerisches und nachhaltiges Denken

* Hoher Qualitätsanspruch an sich selbst und der zu leistenden Arbeit

* Teamfähigkeit & Führungskompetenz

* Wirtschaftliches Know-How

* Eigeninitiative und organisierte Arbeitsweise

* Repräsentatives Auftreten nach Innen und Außen

* Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse zur Kommunikation mit den Gästen und zum Erledigen der Korrespondenz erforderlich
