Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort 1 Rezeptionist/in Sie sind gerne Gastgeberin oder Gastgeber und möchten unsere Gäste vom ersten Moment an willkommen heißen? Dann werden Sie das freundliche Gesicht unseres Hauses mitten in der Salzburger Altstadt - wir freuen uns auf Sie.

WER WIR SIND

Das Altstadthotel Wolf-Dietrich ist ein familiengeführtes 4-Sterne-Hotel mitten in der Salzburger Altstadt - in zweiter Generation und nach dem Leitsatz "Wir sind Familie. Wir sind Gastgeber." Unsere Gäste schätzen den herzlichen Empfang, unser regionales, hausgemachtes Frühstück, die kleine Oase mit Pool und Sauna - und dass auch Hunde bei uns willkommen sind.

IHRE AUFGABEN

* Gästeservice: Herzlicher Empfang, Check-in und Check-out sowie kompetente Beratung zu Ausflugszielen

* Reservierung & Sales: Bearbeitung von Buchungsanfragen, Zusatzverkauf und Reklamationsmanagement

* Administration: Sicherer Telefondienst, strukturierte Datenerfassung und allgemeine Organisation

* Finanzwesen: Durchführung korrekter Abrechnungen sowie sicherer Zahlungsabwicklungen

* Team-Support: Flexible Unterstützung angrenzender Abteilungen (z. B. Service) bei Bedarf

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN

* Qualifikation: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie oder Verwaltung oder entsprechende Begeisterung als Berufs- oder Quereinsteiger:in sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office

* Kommunikation: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie echte Freude am Umgang mit Menschen

* Persönlichkeit: Aufgeschlossenes Wesen, gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und sicheres, freundliches Auftreten

* Arbeitsweise: Hohe Eigeninitiative, Organisationstalent, Diskretion sowie Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität

* Dienstzeiten zwischen 07:00 und 21:00 Uhr in unterschiedlichen Schichten - keine Nachtarbeit, die Nacht übernimmt unser Nachtportier

* Dienst nach Dienstplan, wobei Sie Ihre Wunsch-freien Tage vorab bekannt geben können

* Digitale Zeiterfassung

* Arbeitskleidung wird zur Verfügung gestellt und auf Wunsch im Betrieb gewaschen

* Ihren Arbeitsplatz mitten in der Salzburger Altstadt

* Kulinarische Verpflegung in der Pause

GEHALT

Fachkraft: ab 2.232,00 € brutto pro Monat (Basis Vollzeit, mit Ausbildung)

Berufs- und Quereinsteiger:innen: ab 2.153,00 € brutto pro Monat (Basis Vollzeit, ohne facheinschlägige Ausbildung)

Ihr tatsächliches Gehalt richtet sich nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
