Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams vom HOTEL WIRLERHOF****; ALMHOF****, FLUCHTHORN****, GLÖCKNER****, RÖSSLE**** suchen wir 2 Rezeptionist_in

Saisonstelle oder Ganzjahresstelle im Hotelbetrieb

Beginn & Beschäftigungsausmaß

ca. 01.12.2026 bis ca. 15.04.2027 bzw. das ganze Jahr Vollzeit 6-Tage Woche

Tätigkeiten

* Korrespondenz in Deutsch und Englisch

* Gäste Check-in und Check-out

* Angebots- und Buchungsabwicklung

* Kassaführung und Anzahlungsverwaltung

* Telefon- und E-Mailkorrespondenz

* Empfang, Auskunft und Beratung der Gäste

* Rechnungsstellung

* Beschwerdemanagement

* Wartung und Pflege von Buchungsplattformen

* Betreuung von Social Media

* Arbeit mit dem Gästemeldesystem

Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung

* Berufserfahrung an der Rezeption oder in vergleichbaren Positionen von Vorteil

* Deutschkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse

* Überblick auch bei hohem Arbeitsaufkommen

* Offene und gewinnende Persönlichkeit sowie entsprechende Umgangsformen

* Gäste empfangen (BIS-Kompetenz)
