Deine Rolle bei uns

Als Rezeptionist_in bist du erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Gäste und sorgst gemeinsam mit dem Team für einen reibungslosen Ablauf am Empfang. Mit deinem Organisationstalent und deiner freundlichen Art trägst du wesentlich zur positiven Atmosphäre im Resort bei.

Das erwartet dich:

* Check-in & Check-out unserer Gäste

* Individuelle Betreuung und Beratung der Gäste vor Ort

* Annahme, Bearbeitung und Weiterleitung von Telefongesprächen

* Erledigung administrativer Aufgaben

* Kassenführung

* Erstellung und Einlösung von Gutscheinen

* Diverse Kontroll- und Vorbereitungsarbeiten

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen im Resort

Das bringst du mit:

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
