Beschäftigungsbeginn: ab sofort

Ihre Aufgaben

* Alle Aufgaben eines Rezeptionsmitarbeiters

* Check in und Check out der Gäste

* Erstellen von Angeboten und Reservierungsbestätigungen

* Hilfestellung für Gäste bei Fragen zu Ausflugszielen etc.

* Erstellung der Dienstbeschreibungen der Rezeptionisten und Beschreibung von Früh-, Spät- sowie Nachmittagsdienst

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Housekeeping

* Pflege des Handbuches

* Teilnahme und Durchführung des täglichem 5-Minuten Trainings des Handbuches

* Kontrolle der Zimmer vor der Anreise

* Administrative Unterstützung (Planung Dienstpläne, Kontrolle Lieferscheine, etc.) von Küchenchef sowie Gouvernante und Technik

* Bestellung von Büromaterial

* Wöchentliche Besprechung des Gästefeedbacks über das Hausinterne Programm mit allen Abteilungsleitern, inkl. Lösungsvorschläge zur Änderung von schlecht bewerteten Punkten

Ihr Profil

* Idealerweise abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Hotel-/ Restaurantfach, Matura oder kaufmännische Ausbildung

* Berufserfahrung in der Hotellerie

* durch deine positive und freundliche Art begeisterst du unsere Gäste und deine Kolleg_innen

* Engagierte, zuverlässige und positive Persönlichkeit

* Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und Teamfähigkeit

* Sehr gute Englisch Kenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil

* Gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse

* Und vor allem Liebe zum Beruf!
