Rezeptionist/in (m/w/d) - Werde Teil unseres Teams!

Wir sind ein familiär geführter Hotelbetrieb im Herzen von Zell am See, in dem persönliche Gastfreundschaft, Qualität und ein wertschätzendes Miteinander im Mittelpunkt stehen.

Als engagiertes Führungsteam legen wir großen Wert auf ein angenehmes Arbeitsklima, gegenseitiges Vertrauen und eine offene Kommunikation. Besonders stolz sind wir auf unsere zahlreichen langjährigen Mitarbeiter, die gemeinsam mit neuen Teammitgliedern für ein eingespieltes und herzliches Arbeitsumfeld sorgen.

Für unsere Rezeption suchen wir eine freundliche, kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit Organisationstalent, die Freude am Umgang mit Gästen hat und unser Team mit Engagement und Eigeninitiative bereichert. 1 Rezeptionist_in für die Wintersaison.

Deine Aufgaben

* Herzlicher Empfang, Check-in und Check-out unserer Gäste

* Persönliche Gästebetreuung und kompetente Beratung während des Aufenthalts

* Bearbeitung von Reservierungen, Anfragen und Angeboten per E-Mail und Telefon

* Organisation und Koordination der täglichen Abläufe an der Rezeption

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Hotelabteilungen

* Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten und Gästekorrespondenz

Das bringst du mit

* Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und eine herzliche, kommunikative Persönlichkeit

* Organisationstalent und eine ruhige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise - auch wenn es einmal lebhafter wird

* Selbstständigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Flexibilität

* Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Sicherer Umgang mit dem Computer und Bereitschaft, sich in unsere Hotelsoftware einzuarbeiten

* Erfahrung an der Rezeption ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss

* Kenntnisse der Region Zell am See-Kaprun sind willkommen, jedoch keine Voraussetzung
