Das MAGDAS Hotel ist Österreichs erstes Social Business Hotel. Als farbenfroher Ort des Miteinanders bietet es Menschen mit Flucht- und Migrationserfahrung Arbeits- und Ausbildungsplätze. Im Herbst 2022 haben wir ein neues Hotel mit einem spannenden Lokal im dritten Bezirk eröffnet. Dafür suchen wir motivierte und zuverlässige Mitarbeiter:innen, die uns langfristig unterstützen wollen. 1 Rezeptionist:in (all genders) (ab sofort I 40 Wochenstunden I 1030 Wien I ab € 2.096,50 Brutto)

Was du machst

* Du bist für den Check-in, Check-out und die Betreuung unserer internationalen Gäste während ihres Aufenthalts verantwortlich

* Du arbeitest mit dem Buchungssystem (MEWS) und verwaltest Reservierungen sowie Gästeanfragen per Mail, Telefon, etc.

* Du bist die Ansprechperson unserer Gäste und gibst Auskunft und bietest deine Hilfe an

* Du wickelst den Zahlungsverkehr und die Rechnungsstellung für die Hotelgäste sorgfältig ab

* Du bist für das Beschwerde- und Reklamationsmanagement verantwortlich

* Du kommunizierst mit allen Abteilungen im Haus, insbesondere Housekeeping und Haustechnik

* Manchmal übernimmst du auch Nachtdienste (Vertretung)

Was du kannst

* Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im Hotel und an der Rezeption

* Idealerweise hast du eine abgeschlossene touristische Ausbildung (Hotelkaufmann,-frau, Tourismusschule, etc.)

* Du hast die Bereitschaft auch am Wochenende und an Feiertagen zu arbeiten

* Du pflegst einen offenen und freundlichen Umgang mit Gästen

* Du weist der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse auf

* Du hast sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift - weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil
