Hohenems sucht zur Komplettierung des Teams eine_n 1 Rezeptionist_in Ihre Aufgaben

* Betreuung der Gäste, Check-In / Check-Out

* Bearbeitung der Tagespost und des E-Mail-Verkehrs

* Korrespondenz mit Kund_innen & Gästen

* Annahme und Einpflegen von Reservierungen

* Unterstützung unseres Frühstücksteams

* Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Verhalten gegenüber Gästen und Mitarbeiter_innen

* Erstellen von Kassenberichten & Tagesabschlüssen

Deine Fähigkeiten

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Rezeptionsbereich oder bereits gesammelte Erfahrung im Frontoffice-Bereich von Vorteil

* Selbstständiges und zielorientiertes Arbeiten

* Erfahrung im Umgang mit PMS System Protel

* Pflege und Aktualisierung von Buchungsportalen

* Teamfähig und kommunikativ

* Freude an der Tätigkeit

* Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
