Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir: 1 Rezeptionist_in

WAS DU MITBRINGEN SOLLST:

* Lehrabschluss oder Abschluss einer mittleren oder höheren kaufmännischen Schule ist erforderlich

* gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift zur Kommunikation mit den Gästen sowie im Team

* Kommunikationsstärke

* sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office-Programmen

* organisatorische Fähigkeiten

* Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Pünktlichkeit und Zuverlässigkeit

DEINE AUFGABEN/KOMPETENZEN:

* Check-In und Check-Out der Gäste

* Hilfestellung für Gäste

* Bearbeitung von Gästeanfragen

* Gästekorrespondenz

* Kontrolle der Ankünfte und Abreisen

* Einhaltung des Qualitätstandards

* Beschwerdemanagement

* Betriebswirtschaftliche Branchensoftware Tourismus, Gastgewerbe, Freizeitwirtschaft, Sport

* Gästebetreuung

* MS Office Anwendungskenntnisse

* Wochenenddienst

Die Unterkunft ist fußläufig 400m vom Arbeitsplatz entfernt.

* 5 oder 6 Tage/Woche möglich

* Arbeitszeiten nach Dienstplan nach Vereinbarung
