Ferien- und Apartmentanlage Hapimag in Zell am See sucht: 1 Rezeptionist/in in Jahresstellung.

Unsere Gäste kommen aus Deutschland, Österreich, Schweiz und Holland.

Für unsere Apartmentanlage Zell am See suchen wir ab der Wintersaison oder nach Absprache Unterstützung an der Rezeption.

Was du mitbringst

- Fundierte abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung

- Praxis und Erfahrung an der Rezeption

- Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift

- Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung

- Erfahrung im direkten Gästekontakt

- Freude an der Arbeit

- Teamfähigkeit

- EDV-Grundkenntnisse

Was du tun wirst

- Gästebetreuung

- Check In und Check Out der Gäste

- Organisation des täglichen Ablaufs an der Rezeption

- Bearbeitung von Reservierungen

- Abrechnungsaufgaben

- Reservierungs-Kontrollen

- Korrespondenz

- Erklärung von Ausflugszielen, Wanderungen, Radtouren, usw.

- Verkauf von Gebäck, Getränke, usw.
