Werde Teil dieser Erfolgsgeschichte und sei das erste Lächeln für unsere Gäste: Als Mitarbeiter:in an der Rezeption in unserem JUFA Hotel Bregenz*** mit 96 Zimmern bist du Dreh- und Angelpunkt des Hotels. Du liebst den Kontakt zu Menschen, behältst auch bei Check-in-Wellen den Überblick und sorgst für einen perfekten Aufenthalt von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute.

ab sofort Ganzjahresstelle Vollzeit Umsatzprovision

Entgelt:

* Gehalt Fachkraft: ab € 2.376,- brutto / Monat (Basis Vollzeit mit Ausbildung). Dein tatsächliches Gehalt richtet sich nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung. * Berufs- & Quereinsteiger:innen (ohne facheinschlägige Ausbildung): ab € 2.120,- brutto / Monat (Basis Vollzeit) * Zusatzverdienst: Durch Sonn- und Feiertagszuschläge sowie Umsatzprovisionen sicherst du dir im Durchschnitt ca. € 160,- brutto zusätzlich pro Monat.

Dein Aufgabenbereich bei den JUFA Hotels:

* Gästeservice: Herzlicher Empfang, Check-in/out sowie kompetente Beratung zu Ausflugszielen * Reservierung & Sales: Bearbeitung von Buchungsanfragen, Zusatzverkauf und Reklamationsmanagement * Administration: Sicherer Telefondienst, strukturierte Datenerfassung und allgemeine Organisation * Finanzwesen: Durchführung korrekter Abrechnungen sowie sicherer Zahlungsabwicklungen * Team-Support: Flexible Unterstützung angrenzender Abteilungen (z. B. Service) bei Bedarf

Das bringst du für das JUFA-Hotels-Team mit:

* Qualifikation: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie oder Verwaltung oder entsprechende Begeisterung als Berufs- oder Quereinsteiger:in sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office/Google-Workspace * Kommunikation: gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Freude am Umgang mit Menschen * Persönlichkeit: Aufgeschlossenes Wesen, gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und sicheres, freundliches Auftreten * Arbeitsweise: Hohe Eigeninitiative, Organisationstalent, Diskretion sowie Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
