Damit das so bleibt, sind wir auf der Suche nach einem Rezeptionisten (m/w/d). 1 Rezeptionist_in (m/w/d) Deine Aufgaben:

* Du sorgst für einen herzlichen Empfang unserer Gäste

* Als kompetente Ansprechperson koordinierst du alle Gästeanliegen und -wünsche

* Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen Check-In und Check-Out

* Entgegennahme, Bearbeitung und Verwaltung von Reservierungen sowie Durchführung administrativer Tätigkeiten

* Aktive Pflege der Guest Relations, um das Gästeerlebnis laufend zu verbessern

* Abwicklung von Zahlungsprozessen, Rechnungslegung und Kassaführung

* Enge Zusammenarbeit und laufender Austausch mit allen internen Abteilungen

Dein Profil:

* Idealerweise abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Hotellerie und Gastronomie sowie Erfahrungen in einer vergleichbaren Position

* der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus

* Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Opera und MS Office

* Hohe Serviceorientierung, Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität sowie ein Auge für Details

* Kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit gepflegtem und freundlichem Auftreten
