Wir suchen: 1 Rezeptionist_in (m/w/d)

Du bist das Aushängeschild unseres Hotels. Erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Gäste - telefonisch, persönlich, per Email. Deshalb suchen wir Kommunikationstalente und Glücklichmacher, die mit Freude bei der Arbeit sind.

EINTRITT: ab sofort

Deine Aufgaben:

* Begrüßung und Check-in der anreisenden Gäste

* Gästebetreuung und Informationsstelle für alle Anliegen der Gäste

* Organisation eines reibungslosen Ablaufes des Aufenthalts

* Rechnungserstellung, Kassaführung

* Check-out und Verabschiedung der abreisenden Gäste

* Zimmerverkauf per E-Mail und Telefon

* Gutschein- und direkter Zimmerverkauf am Gast

* Durchführung von administrativen arbeiten am Empfang, Stammdatenpflege

* diverse Kontrolltätigkeiten

* Zusammenarbeit mit dem Empfangsteam und den anderen Abteilungen des Hauses

Unsere Anforderungen:

* abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Hotelfachfrau/-mann o. Ä. Bereich

* gute und sichere Umgangsformen sowie sprachlicher Ausdruck

* der Tätigkeit entsprechend gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Teamfähigkeit, Kontaktfreudigkeit, Flexibilität, Freude am Beruf

* Erfahrung mit der Hotelsoftware Casablanca von Vorteil

* gute Computer- und EDV-Kenntnisse

* serviceorientierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild

* Diskretion und Vertrauenswürdigkeit

* Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung

Arbeitszeiten:

* Vollzeitbeschäftigung im Wechseldienst (08:00 - 16:30 bzw. 11:30 - 20:00 Uhr)

* 40 Stunden pro Woche

* 5 Tage pro Woche

* Wochenenddienst
