Wir kombinieren echte Tiroler Gastfreundschaft mit einem professionellen Anspruch - und suchen ab sofort eine erfahrene, engagierte Persönlichkeit für die Position als Rezeptionist:in mit Schichtleitung. 1 Rezeptionist:in mit Schichtleitung (m/w/d) mit Erfahrung Deine Aufgaben:

* Check-in & Check-out unserer Gäste mit einem Lächeln

* Leitung und Organisation deiner Schicht an der Rezeption

* Unterstützung und Anleitung des Teams im Tagesablauf

* Bearbeitung von Reservierungen und Gästekorrespondenz

* Kassenführung, Abrechnungen und allgemeine Verwaltungstätigkeiten

* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs - auch in stressigen Situationen

Das bringst du mit:

* Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Hotellerie - Bewerbungen ohne entsprechende Berufserfahrung können leider nicht berücksichtigt werden.

* Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Hotelfach

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Organisationstalent und Kommunikationsfreude

* Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Erfahrung mit Hotelsoftware von Vorteil

* Ein sicheres, gepflegtes Auftreten - und ein Herz für Gäste
