Ihre Aufgaben

* Persönliche und professionelle Betreuung unserer Gäste - Sie kümmern sich mit Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz um das Wohl unserer Gäste während ihres gesamten Aufenthalts * Beratung zu Ausflugszielen, Wanderungen und Aktivitäten in der Region - Sie geben inspirierende Tipps und Empfehlungen für unvergessliche Erlebnisse in der Umgebung * Reservierungen und aktiver Telefonverkauf - Sie bearbeiten Reservierungsanfragen professionell und nutzen jede Gelegenheit zur aktiven Gästebetreuung am Telefon * Erstellung maßgeschneiderter Angebote für unsere Gäste - Sie gestalten individuelle Angebote, die auf die Wünsche und Bedürfnisse unserer Gäste abgestimmt sind * Reibungsloser Check-in und Check-out Ablauf - Sie sorgen für einen herzlichen Empfang und einen professionellen Abschluss des Aufenthalts * Erstellung von Rechnungen und zuverlässige Abwicklung von Zahlungen - Sie wickeln Zahlungen exakt und zuverlässig ab und behalten stets den Überblick
