Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams einen / eine 1 Rezeptionisten / Rezeptionistin Beschäftigung 09.12.2026 in Vollzeit bei 40 Stunden pro Woche für eine Saisonanstellung mit der Option auf eine Weiterbeschäftigung in der Folgesaison.

Für unser Team im DAS.SCHILLER in Bad Gastein suchen wir eine/einen freundliche(n) und zuverlässige(n) Bewerber_in (m/w/d) in Vollzeit, der/die Freude am Umgang mit Gästen hat und mit einer herzlichen Art zu einem angenehmen Urlaubserlebnis beiträgt.

BERUFSBILD:

* Herzlicher Empfang und Betreuung unserer Gäste

* Check-in und Check-out

* Allgemeine organisatorische Tätigkeiten an der Rezeption

* Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Abteilungen unseres Hauses

* Bearbeitung von Reservierungen und Anfragen per E-Mail und Telefon

* Pflege der Buchungen und Gästedaten

* Administrative Bürotätigkeiten

* sowie alle weiteren anfallenden Tätigkeiten im Arbeitsbereich

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:

* Freundliches, gepflegtes und professionelles Auftreten

* Freude am Umgang mit Gästen

* Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse zur Verständigung im Team sowie mit unseren Gästen

* Erfahrung an der Rezeption ist von Vorteil

* Kenntnisse einer Hotelsoftware sind wünschenswert

WIR BIETEN / RAHMENBEDINGUNGEN:

* Eine Vollzeitbeschäftigung mit 40 Stunden pro Woche

* 5-Tagewoche von Montag bis Freitag

* Bereitschaft zum Samstagsdienst in den Wintermonaten ( insgesamt ca. 7 Samstage)
