* Die herzliche Betreuung unserer Gäste vor Ort, am Telefon und per Mail - du bist ein wichtiger Teil des Gesichts der eva, Hotels * Die Bearbeitung Reservierungsanfragen, Buchungen und Gästewünschen * Durchführung von Check-ins & Check-outs mit einem Lächeln, das bleibt * Die Pflege und Verwaltung der Gästekarteien - nur strukturierte Daten sind wertvoll. * Der aktive Verkauf unserer Hotelangebote, Packages sowie Gruppen und Seminare * Die Koordination von individuellen Gästeerlebnissen - du managst echte #evamoments * Das Beschwerdehandling - online oder im "Real Life" - mit Fingerspitzengefühl und Lösungsorientierung * Unterstützung in der Pflege unserer Buchungssysteme, Channel Manager und Online-Plattformen * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen Abteilungen - Teamwork makes the eva, dream work * Planung und Umsetzung von verkaufsfördernden Maßnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketingteam

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Hotellerie, positiver Abschluss einer Hotelfachschule oder ähnliche Berufserfahrung * Erfahrung im Bereich Rezeption oder Reservierung * Du kommunizierst sicher in Deutsch und Englisch - jede weitere Sprache ist ein plus * Erfahrung mit Hotel-& Reservierungs-Software sowie Korrespondenzmanager * Du gehst sicher mit dem PC um und ChatGPT ist für dich auch Alltag
