Wir suchen für unser Casual Luxury Nidum Hotel motivierte und talentierte MitarbeiterInnen, die unseren anspruchsvollen Gästen einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt bereiten. 1 Rezeptionsleitung ....das sind einige deiner Verantwortungsbereiche:

* Führung des gesamten Rezeptionsteams

* Check in, Check out

* Betreuung der Gäste während des Aufenthaltes

* Ansprechpartner_in für Wünsche und Fragen der Gäste und Partner

* Abwicklung des operativen & administrativen Tagesgeschäftes wie z.B. : Telefon, Listen, Ausflüge, Morgenpost, Gestaltung des täglichen Menüs, Aushänge

* Bearbeitung der eingehenden Reservierungsanfragen und Reservierungen

* Gewissenhafte Weiterleitung von Informationen an die entsprechenden Stellen

* Beschwerdemanagement

* Bedienung der Hotelsoftware ASA
