Oder nochmal ein bisserl anders: Das Haus Zirngast ist mehr als nur ein Hotel ¿ es ist ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Mit herzlicher Gastfreundschaft, modernem Komfort und der Liebe zur Natur schaffen wir eine Atmosphäre zum Ausspannen, Kuscheln und Auftanken, zum Auspowern und Entdecken.

Wir stellen ein: 1 Rezeptionsleitung zum ehestmöglichen Eintrittstermin oder ab Winter 2026/27

Deine Aufgaben:

* Herzlicher Empfang und Betreuung unserer Hotelgäste

* Check-in und Check-out

* Bearbeitung von Reservierungen und Anfragen per Telefon und E-Mail

* Organisation und Koordination der täglichen Abläufe an der Rezeption

* Betreuung unserer Gäste während ihres Aufenthalts

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Housekeeping, Service und Küche

* Unterstützung bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben

Das bringst du mit

* Erfahrung an einer Hotelrezeption

* Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Gute Englischkenntnisse

* Sicherer Umgang mit einem Hotel-Reservierungsprogramm

* Gute Kenntnisse im MS-Office-Paket (Word, Excel, Outlook)

* Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und Gastgeberqualitäten
