Hotel: Dorf SCHÖNLEITN

Stellenkategorie: Jahresstelle

Tage/Stunden pro Woche: Vollzeit

Gehalt: € 2.600,00 Brutto/Vollbeschäftigung

(Lohnangaben dienen zur Orientierung und als Verhandlungsbasis)

Voraussetzungen

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Hotel- und Gastgewerbeassistent/in (HGA) oder eine vergleichbare touristische bzw. kaufmännische Ausbildung

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung an einer Hotelrezeption

* Erste Führungserfahrung oder die Bereitschaft, ein Team verantwortungsvoll zu führen

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und ein gutes Gespür für Menschen

* Freude daran, Kolleginnen und Kollegen zu unterstützen, anzuleiten und weiterzuentwickeln

* Souveränes, professionelles und herzliches Auftreten

* Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil

Aufgaben, Kompetenzen und Verantwortung

* Organisation und Leitung des gesamten Rezeptionsbereichs

* Führung, Unterstützung und Weiterentwicklung des Rezeptionsteams

* Erstellung der Dienstpläne und Koordination der täglichen Aufgaben

* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs an der Rezeption

* Herzliche Betreuung und Beratung unserer Gäste

* Professioneller Umgang mit Gästewünschen und Beschwerden

* Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit allen Abteilungen

* Kontrolle und Weiterentwicklung unserer Qualitätsstandards

* Einschulung und Begleitung neuer Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter

* Aktive Mitarbeit im operativen Tagesgeschäft, insbesondere bei Check-in, Check-out, Reservierungen und Gästeanfragen

* Abrechnung und Abrechnungskontrollen

* Reservierungsannahme und -bearbeitung
