Das Familien-und Sporthotel Alpina verfügt über 106 Appartements und liegt in einer der schönsten Regionen am Hochkönig.

Unser Haus ist bekannt für eine sehr gute Küche, ein hervorragender Service und einen sehr hohen Anteil an Stammgästen. 1 Rezeptionsleitung (m./w./d.) Vollzeitbeschäftigung ab sofort mit Dienst maximal bis 19:00 Uhr, außer Freitag und Samstag bis 21:00 Uhr.

Wir bieten

Nettogehalt € 2300,00 bei 5 Tage 44 Stunden die Woche mit Erfahrung, Bereitschaft zu Überzahlung

Für Mitarbeiter, die kein Personalzimmer benötigen kann eine Prämie von 300€ netto/Monat bei einer 40 Sunden Woche gezahlt werden. Die Prämie, wird gezahlt, wenn der/die Mitarbeiter_in zum Zeitpunkt der Auszahlung Mitarbeiter_in unseres Unternehmens ist. Für Beschäftigte in Teilzeit wird die Prämie aliquot reduziert. Die Prämie wird zweimal im Jahr ausbezahlt.

Aufgaben:

Check-in und Check-out

Erstellen von Angeboten und Bearbeitung von Anfragen

Telefonische Reservierungsannahme

Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben einer Führungskraft inklusive Dienstplanerstellung

Mitzubringen:

º du hast Führungserfahrung

º hast ein Auge für's Detail und bringst Erfahrung in der Dienstplanerstellung mit

º lebst gern in den Bergen

º du bist verlässlich

º du hast Deutschkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse - jeweils auf Level B2
