Für unser Team suchen wir ab sofort eine Rezeptionsleitung (m/w/d), die mit Herz, Professionalität und Organisationstalent unseren Gästen einen perfekten Aufenthalt ermöglicht. 1 Rezeptionsleitung (m/w/d) Vollzeit

AUFGABENBEREICH

* Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung des Front-Office-Teams

* Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Hotel

* Organisation und Koordination der Arbeitsabläufe

* Sicherstellung eines herzlichen, professionellen und personlichen Gästeservices

* Empfang & Check-In der Gäste

* Gästebetreuung und Informationsstelle für die Anliegen unserer Gäste

* Reservierungsannahmen und Erstellung von Angeboten für Individualkunden und Gruppenbuchungen

* Beschwerdemanagement und Bearbeitung des Gästefeedbacks

* Erstellung von Rechnungen für Gäste & Check-Out

* Bearbeitung und Lösung von Gästebeschwerden

* Einarbeitung und Schulung neuer Mitarbeiter

* Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Qualitatsstandards

VORAUSSETZUNGEN

* Praxiserfahrung im Bereich Front Office / Back Office in der Hotellerie

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Hotel- oder Tourismusbereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Ausgeprägte Gastgebermentalität und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen

* Organisationstalent und eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Sicheres und professionelles Auftreten

* Kommunikationsstärke und Teamgeist

* Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil

* Bereitschaft zu Schicht-, Wochenend- und Feiertagsdiensten

* Gute EDV (insbesondere MS Office) - und PMS-Kenntnisse (idealerweise Protel)

DAS BIETEN WIR DIR

Vollzeitbeschäftigung - 40 Stunden (garantierte 5-Tage Woche) als Ganzjahresstelle

Kollektives Gehalt ab 2.546 € brutto im Monat (mit Bereitschaft zur Überbezahlung bei entsprechender Qualifikation) bei 40 Stunden
