Für unser Hotel Goldene Gams in Kematen in Tirol suchen wir 1 Rezeptionsleitung (m/w/d) - Gastgeber_in mit Organisationstalent Du hast Erfahrung an der Hotelrezeption, behältst auch dann den Überblick, wenn mehrere Dinge gleichzeitig passieren und möchtest Verantwortung für ein kleines Team und die Abläufe am Front Office übernehmen?

Für unser familiengeführtes Hotel Goldene Gams in Kematen in Tirol suchen wir eine erfahrene Rezeptionsleitung, die operativ mitarbeitet, Verantwortung übernimmt und unsere Rezeption gemeinsam mit uns weiterentwickelt.

Deine Aufgaben

º Organisation und operative Leitung der Rezeption

º Koordination, Unterstützung und Einschulung des Rezeptionsteams

º Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe und unserer Servicestandards

º Check-in, Check-out und professionelle Gästebetreuung

º Reservierungen, Angebote, Rechnungen und allgemeine Korrespondenz

º Bearbeitung von Gruppen-, Seminar- und Veranstaltungsanfragen

º Kontrolle offener Vorgänge, Buchungen und Zahlungen

º Professioneller Umgang mit Gästewünschen und Reklamationen

º Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführung, Housekeeping, Frühstück, Bar und Eventmanagement

Das bringst du mit

º Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Tourismus bzw. in der Hotellerie

º Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung an einer Hotelrezeption

º Führungserfahrung von Vorteil

º der Tätigkeit entsprechendes Deutsch und gutes Englisch

º Sicherer Umgang mit Hotelsoftware und digitalen Anwendungen

º Strukturierte, selbstständige und verlässliche Arbeitsweise

º Gastgebermentalität, Organisationstalent und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

º Bereitschaft zu Früh- und Spätdiensten sowie Wochenend- und Feiertagsdiensten

Unsere Rezeption ist Montag bis Sonntag von 07:00 bis 22:00 Uhr besetzt.
