Deine Rolle Als Rezeptionsleitung trägst du die Gesamtverantwortung für einen reibungslosen Ablauf an der Rezeption - von der ersten Anfrage bis zur Abreise unserer Gäste. Du führst dein Team mit Überblick, Herz und Organisationstalent und sorgst dafür, dass Gastfreundschaft im Alltag spürbar wird.

Deine Aufgaben Organisation & Führung º Gesamtverantwortung für den Bereich Rezeption º Erstellung der Dienstpläne sowie Einteilung und Führung der Mitarbeiter:innen º Einschulung neuer Teammitglieder sowie laufende Schulung bei System- oder Prozessänderungen º Sicherstellung einer konstant hohen Servicequalität º Aktive Schnittstelle zwischen allen Abteilungen im Haus

Gästebetreuung & Qualität º Sicherstellung der bestmöglichen Gästebetreuung von Anfrage bis Abreise º Persönliche Gästegespräche und professionelles Beschwerdemanagement vor Ort º Analyse und Bearbeitung von Gästebewertungen sowie Weitergabe relevanter Punkte an die Abteilungen º Organisation und Koordination des Aktivprogramms für unsere Gäste (z. B. Yoga, Wanderungen, Führungen)

Reservierung, Systeme & Abrechnung º Buchungskontrolle und laufende Übersicht über die aktuelle Buchungslage º Pflege und Wartung der Hotelsoftware Fidelio sowie angeschlossener Systeme º Verwaltung und Aktualisierung von Hotelspider, Websline sowie OTA-Plattformen (Booking, Expedia, KMW) º Kontrolle von Verfügbarkeiten, Packages, Aktionen und Restriktionen º Abrechnungskontrolle (z. B. Sommercard, Vertriebspartner)

Zusammenarbeit & Vertrieb º Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb bei Pauschalen, Preislisten und Auslastungssteuerung º Durchsicht und Kontrolle von Aussendungen (Print & Online) º Zusammenarbeit mit Reiseveranstaltern inklusive Vertragsfeedback º Prüfung und Kontrolle des Internet- und Printauftritts º Umsetzung von Maßnahmen bei Buchungsschwankungen in Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsleitung

Das bringst du mit º Mehrjährige Erfahrung an der Hotelrezeption, idealerweise in leitender Funktion º Organisationstalent, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Führungskompetenz º Gute Kenntnisse gängiger Hotelsoftware (idealerweise Fidelio) º Kommunikationsstärke, Entscheidungsfreude und Serviceorientierung º Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse º Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise º Freundliches, sicheres Auftreten - auch in herausfordernden Situationen º Freude daran, ein Team zu führen und weiterzuentwickeln
