Om ons team te versterken zoeken wij een enthousiaste collega voor de invulling van de functie: RGS-CALCULATOR - INSPECTEUR / WERKVOORBEREIDER Zie jij het als jouw verantwoordelijkheid om de conditie van het vastgoed van onze opdrachtgevers verantwoord meetbaar te maken en wil je graag zowel binnen als buiten werken? Dan hebben wij een functie voor jou! Wat ga je doen? - De conditie van vastgoed verantwoord meetbaar maken. - Je bent in staat om de resultaten te analyseren, de klantwensen in kaart te brengen en hiervoor samen een passend meer jaren onderhoud scenario te ontwerpen. - Je bent als calculator-inspecteur veel buiten op projecten, voor- tijdens en na de uitvoering van het project. - Je vindt het vanzelfsprekend om je bevindingen visueel en op schrift vast te leggen en je zorgt voor een correcte digitale verwerking van je metingen, projectgegevens en scenario's. - Je denkt proactief mee bij het verbeteren van de werkprocessen, dienstverlening en ons digitaal inspectieprogramma. Wie zoeken we? - Een RGS talent met inzicht en ervaring in inspecteren en in het schrijven van onderhoudsscenario's, die van nature wil weten hoe iets werkelijk zit, je bent nieuwsgierig en je vindt het prettig om systematisch en zelfstandig te werken. - Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding richting Beschermings- en afwerkingstechnieken of vergelijkbaar. - Je hebt bij voorkeur al enige ervaring met inspectie van schilderwerk of met NEN 2767. - Je beschikt over professionele kennis van Excel.
