Dan zijn wij op zoek naar onze nieuwe Rig Manager In deze functie ben jij eindverantwoordelijk voor de operationele prestaties van onze offshore unit(s). Je werkt nauw samen met offshore crews, klanten, leveranciers en interne afdelingen om ervoor te zorgen dat alles veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning verloopt. Van onderhoud en certificering tot budgetbeheer en klantrelaties: jij hebt de regie. Geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene dag stem je een onderhoudsprogramma af met technische specialisten, de volgende dag overleg je met een klant over een aankomende campagne of bezoek je een offshore locatie. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het aansturen en ondersteunen van offshore managementteams. - Het waarborgen van een veilige en efficiënte operatie. - Budgetbeheer en het bewaken van operationele prestaties. - Onderhoud, surveys en certificering van de unit. - Het coördineren van rig moves en projectactiviteiten. - Relatiebeheer met klanten en andere stakeholders. - Het stimuleren van een sterke safety culture. - Het signaleren van verbeterkansen en het realiseren van operationele optimalisaties. Functie-eisen Je bent een ervaren offshore professional met leiderschap in je DNA. Je weet mensen mee te krijgen, bent technisch sterk onderlegd en hebt een scherp oog voor veiligheid en resultaat.
