Standplaats - Vlaardingen Ben jij graag buiten aan het werk, houd je van afwisselende werkzaamheden en werk je graag in een hecht team? Als Rigger bij Van Adrighem Group speel jij een onmisbare rol tijdens hijs- en transportwerkzaamheden. Jij bent de ogen en oren van de kraanmachinist en zorgt ervoor dat iedere hijs veilig, gecontroleerd en volgens plan wordt uitgevoerd. Je werkt dagelijks met indrukwekkende kranen en zwaar materieel. Geen project is hetzelfde en iedere dag brengt nieuwe uitdagingen met zich mee. Samen met de kraanmachinist en je collega's zorg je ervoor dat materieel veilig wordt geladen, gelost en verplaatst. Wat ga je doen? Als Rigger ondersteun je de kraanmachinist bij alle hijswerkzaamheden. Je zorgt ervoor dat lasten op de juiste manier worden aangeslagen, begeleidt de hijsbewegingen en houdt continu toezicht op de veiligheid op de werkplek. - Aanslaan, losmaken en zekeren van hijslasten; - Assisteren bij het laden en lossen van materieel en goederen; - Begeleiden van hijswerkzaamheden en geven van duidelijke aanwijzingen aan de kraanmachinist; - Fungeren als de handen en ogen van de kraanmachinist tijdens hijswerkzaamheden; - Controleren van hijsmiddelen en zorgen voor veilig gebruik; - Signaleren van onveilige situaties en hier direct op handelen; - Samenwerken met collega's om werkzaamheden veilig en efficiënt uit te voeren. Wat breng je mee? Je bent een echte aanpakker die graag buiten werkt en veiligheid altijd op de eerste plaats zet. Je communiceert duidelijk, kunt goed samenwerken en behoudt ook onder druk het overzicht. Daarnaast beschik je over : - Affiniteit met hijs-, transport- of logistieke werkzaamheden; - Een verantwoordelijke en veiligheidsbewuste werkhouding; - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden; - Een flexibele instelling en een echte teammentaliteit; - Een VCA-certificaat of de bereidheid dit te behalen; - Een certificaat Aanslaan van Lasten (TCVT) is een pré, of je bent bereid ...
