The posting

Ben jij kwaliteitsbewust, werk je graag nauwkeurig en heb je interesse in de voedingssector? Voor Bakker Belgium in Boom zijn wij op zoek naar een gemotiveerde rijper van bananen die het rijpproces van A tot Z mee opvolgt. Je waakt over de kwaliteit van het product.

Je taken bestaan uit:

  • Uitvoeren van voorraad- en ingangscontroles van binnenkomende bananen;
  • Controleren en coördineren van de aangeleverde producten volgens de vastgelegde planning;
  • Signaleren van kwaliteitsafwijkingen en deze bespreken met de verantwoordelijke;
  • Opvolgen van het rijpproces en bewaken van temperatuur en rijpheid;

Dagelijks bijwerken van controlekaarten en delen van actuele productinformatie met collega's;

Mee oplossen van technische storingen of procesverstoringen in overleg met de verantwoordelijke;

  • Correct omgaan met werkmateriaal, werkkledij en persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen;

Zorg dragen voor een nette en ordelijke werkplek;

  • Actief meedenken over verbeteringen binnen het werkproces.
  • Je beschikt minimum over een diploma secundair onderwijs;
  • Een P1-fytolicentie is een pluspunt;
  • Ervaring met een heftruck en/of een geldig attest is mooi meegenomen;
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands of bent bereid dit te leren;

Je bent stressbestendig en communiceert vlot met leidinggevenden;

Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en beschikt over logisch inzicht;

Je werkt graag in team, maar kan ook zelfstandig functioneren.

Je werkt in een tweewekelijks systeem van 38 uur per week:

Week 1: Maandag t.e.m. vrijdag: dagdienst (start om 7u of 8u afhankelijk van drukte) + Weekend vrij

Week 2 : Maandag en dinsdag: vrij + Woensdag t.e.m. zaterdag: dagdienst + Zondag: werk vanaf 10u tot einde werkdag
