Konvert Boom is op zoek naar een Rijper Bananen voor een klant in de regio. Ben jij nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsbewust en werk je graag in een logistieke omgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

Als rijper ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige rijpproces van de bananen. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van het product en zorgt ervoor dat alles volgens planning verloopt.

  • Je voert jouw taken steeds uit met de grootste aandacht voor veiligheid, zowel voor jezelf als voor jouw collega's.
  • Je controleert en coördineert de binnengekomen bananen volgens de vastgelegde planning.
  • Je staat in voor de ingangscontrole en voorraadcontrole.
  • Je volgt het rijpproces nauwgezet op en bewaakt de juiste temperatuur en rijpheid van het product.
  • Indien de bananen niet voldoen aan de vooropgestelde kwaliteitseisen, onderneem je de nodige acties en stem je dit af met de verantwoordelijke.
  • Je werkt dagelijks de controlekaarten bij en informeert collega's over de actuele productstatus.
  • Eventuele storingen aan de rijpcellen detecteer je tijdig en probeer je, in overleg met de verantwoordelijke, op te lossen.
  • Je rapporteert afwijkingen en verstoringen in het proces.
  • Je gaat zorgvuldig om met werkmateriaal, werkkledij en persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de werkplaats steeds net en ordelijk wordt achtergelaten.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen aan werkprocessen en werkmiddelen.
  • Je werkt in een twee-weken systeem:
  • Week 1:Ma-Vr: dagdienst (afhankelijk van de periode en promo’s start 7u of 8u) Za-Zo: vrij
  • Week 2:Ma-Di: vrij Woe-Za: dagdienst (afhankelijk van de periode en promo’s start 7u of 8u) Zo: dagdienst vanaf 10u tot einde werk
  • Je beschikt minimaal over een diploma secundair onderwijs.
  • Ervaring als rijper of in een productie- of voedingsomgeving is een pluspunt.
  • Een P1-fytolicentie is een plus.
  • Ervaring met een heftruck en/of een geldig attest is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands of bent gemotiveerd om dit te leren.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en communiceert vlot met jouw leidinggevende.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en beschikt over logisch inzicht.
  • Je werkt graag in teamverband, maar kan ook zelfstandig werken.
  • Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit en detail.
