Rioolbeheerder Gemeente Pekela Omschrijving opdracht Ga direct naar Team Je bent onderdeel van het team Fysiek, waar de teams Vergunningsverlening APV/BW, beheer &onderhoud groen, wegen en riolering, omgevingsbeleid en ontwikkeling, handhaving, ruimtelijke orderning/volkshuisvesting en vergunningsverlening omgevingswet, deel van uitmaakt Opdracht Gemeente Pekela is op zoek naar een enthousiaste en ervaren Rioolbeheerder die een belangrijke bijdrage levert aan het beheer van de ondergrondse infrastructuur. Als rioolbeheerder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het functioneren van het rioleringsstelsel en draag je bij aan een veilige, duurzame en klimaatbestendige leefomgeving voor inwoners en ondernemers. Je werkt binnen het team Fysiek en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor vraagstukken op het gebied van riolering, stedelijk waterbeheer en gemeentelijke zorgplichten. Hierbij werk je nauw samen met collega's, inwoners, aannemers, waterschap en adviesbureaus. Werkzaamheden - Beheren en actualiseren van de rioleringsgegevens en beheersystemen; - Opstellen van onderhouds-, inspectie- en vervangingsprogramma's voor de riolering; - Beoordelen van inspectieresultaten en vertalen naar concrete maatregelen; - Adviseren bij herinrichtings-, reconstructie- en nieuwbouwprojecten; - Voorbereiden van rioolvervangingsprojecten en begeleiden van onderzoeken; - Afhandelen van meldingen en klachten op het gebied van riolering, grondwater en wateroverlast; - Advies geven op bestuurlijke adviezen, rapportages en investeringsvoorstellen; - Bijdragen aan klimaatadaptatie en maatregelen gericht op waterberging en het voorkomen van wateroverlast.
