Expertises Risicomanager Word jij onze nieuwe Risicomanager In het kort Type Functie Regio Utrecht Divisie Management en Projectbeheer Uren 36-40 uur Dit maak jij als Risicomanager Als Risicomanager bij Strukton Civiel Nederland speel je een belangrijke rol in het beheersen van risico's en het benutten van kansen binnen onze civiele projecten. Als onderdeel van het team Projectbeheersing zorg je ervoor dat projectteams inzicht hebben in onzekerheden rondom planning, financiën, techniek, omgeving en uitvoering, zodat projecten voorspelbaar en beheerst worden gerealiseerd. Je bent vanaf de tenderfase tot en met de realisatie betrokken bij uiteenlopende projecten binnen de domeinen energie, water en infrastructuur. Je organiseert en begeleidt risicosessies, brengt risico's en kansen in kaart volgens de RISMAN-methodiek en vertaalt deze naar concrete beheersmaatregelen. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met projectmanagers, tendermanagers, planners, kostenkundigen en opdrachtgevers. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: • Het organiseren en begeleiden van risico- en kansensessies. • Het opstellen en beheren van risicodossiers gedurende de gehele projectlevenscyclus. • Het analyseren van risico's op het gebied van planning, kosten, kwaliteit, veiligheid en omgeving. • Het uitvoeren van probabilistische risicoanalyses en Monte Carlo-simulaties. • Het opstellen van risicoreserveringen in samenwerking met projectteams. • Het ontwikkelen en onderhouden van risicodashboards en managementrapportages. • Het adviseren van projectteams, management en opdrachtgevers over risicobeheersing. • Het monitoren van beheersmaatregelen en het signaleren van afwijkingen. • Het bijdragen aan tenderstrategieën door risico's en kansen inzichtelijk te maken. • Het verder professionaliseren van risicomanagement binnen Strukton Civiel Nederland.
