In het kort: Je gaat als eerstelijns risicomanager de interne beheersing en inrichting van risicomanagement versterken, risicoregisters en CSRA-sessies faciliteren en bijdragen aan een sterk risicobewustzijn binnen de herstelorganisatie voor gedupeerde ouders. Voor de directie UHT (Uitvoeringsorganisatie Herstel Toeslagen) zijn wij op zoek naar een Risicomanager voor 20 uur per week in Utrecht. Het betreft een medior functie binnen het team Risk, Compliance en Audit. Opdrachtomschrijving Dienst Toeslagen werkt aan de duurzame implementatie van risicomanagement. Onder leiding van de stafdirectie Control & Risk wordt daarbij zowel vanuit een bottom-up als een top-down benadering gewerkt. Het doel is te komen tot een duurzame en werkende inrichting van risicomanagement die het management en de operatie ondersteunt bij het realiseren van de doelstellingen. Specifiek voor het programma Uitvoering Herstel wordt een eerstelijns risicomanager gezocht. In deze rol lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de interne beheersing van het programma en aan de verdere inrichting van risicomanagement. Je faciliteert het management bij het opstellen en beheren van risicoregisters, bereidt CSRA-sessies voor en begeleidt deze. Daarnaast draag je bij aan het borgen van het juiste risicobewustzijn binnen UHT. Je gaat aan de slag voor de directie UHT, het onderdeel van Dienst Toeslagen dat erop gericht is gedupeerde ouders zo snel mogelijk te helpen door te herstellen wat niet goed is gegaan en financiële compensatie te bieden. Wat ga je doen - Een belangrijke bijdrage leveren aan de interne beheersing van programma Uitvoering Herstel. - Risicomanagement binnen het programma verder helpen inrichten. - Het management faciliteren bij het opstellen en beheren van risicoregisters. - CSRA-sessies voorbereiden en begeleiden. - Bijdragen aan het borgen van het juiste risicobewustzijn binnen UHT.
