Heb jij een scherp analytisch oog, voel je je thuis in de wereld van kredietbeheer en weet je jouw stakeholders te overtuigen? Dan zoeken wij jou! Als Risk & Credit Specialist neem je een sleutelrol op binnen een grote, diverse HR-dienstengroep met hoofdkantoor in Antwerpen: een omgeving waar finance, recht en people management samenkomen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Financiële analyse: op basis van cijfermatige gegevens bepaal je kredietlimieten per klant en volg je de standpunten van kredietverzekeraars nauwgezet op.
  • Interne ondersteuning voor collega's bij vragen over klantdossiers, samenwerkingen en kredietgerelateerde vraagstukken.
  • Actieve risicomonitoring: je houdt openstaande facturen en kredietlimieten in het oog en neemt op het juiste moment maatregelen om financiële schade te voorkomen.
  • Debiteurenbeheer: vervallen bedragen krijgen jouw persoonlijke aandacht. Jij beslist welk traject het meest aangewezen is en beheert afwijkende betalingsafspraken.
  • Je volgt juridische dossiers op van A tot Z. Daarbij onderhou je rechtstreeks contact met verzekeraars, advocaten en incassobureaus.
  • Je houdt deadlines in het oog en waakt over correcte en tijdige indiening van schuldvorderingen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen en brengt risicovolle klantprofielen en juridische dossiers ter tafel.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Een diploma op bachelors- of masterniveau in een economische of financiële discipline.
  • Minimum twee jaar ervaring in credit control.
  • Concrete kennis van hoe kredietverzekeringen in de praktijk werken.
  • Je kan je perfect uitdrukken in het Nederlands en Frans.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld, neemt vlot beslissingen en je bent bereid verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.
  • Je hebt commerciële feeling en weet hoe je gesprekpartners kan overtuigen met onderbouwde argumenten.

Een open, toegankelijke houding waarmee je collega's van andere departementen vlot weet te bereiken en samen te werken.
